Before you come

Good
questions

I've never done aerial. Will I end up upside down?

Not unless you want to. Beginner aerial starts low, with your feet on the floor, and every inversion is optional. You progress when you're ready.

Can I try it before I commit?

Yes. No membership is needed: a single class is $25. Come try us, then decide.

Will I get hurt?

We teach you to train safely, and David has taught body mechanics and dynamic stretching for over 25 years. Tell your instructor about any old injury and we'll keep you within your comfort level.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes without zippers, and water. Mats, blocks and straps are available at the studio.

Do you have classes for kids?

Kids Aerial Hammock Fusion is for ages 8–13, with a daytime homeschool class for ages 9–14. Call or text to ask when the next one starts.

Same flower. New you.
